The head of Ford said that the “Big 3” would be done for if we opened the doors to Chinese automakers. I know China heavily subsidizes these automakers to keep prices low so they can flood international markets. I think if there’s parity with domestic automakers, then they should be allowed. China’s trying to manufacture its way out of a looming recession. American automakers need to step their game up though or they’ll eventually be crushed.
