I have seen this across the board.. frm ole time "bosses" to the newly minted!! they truly were not "trained" 2b IN management.. they were given a "title" then left to their own devices.. in my career

💯💯💯 Absolutely this is an ongoing issues I have to deal with management we have incompetence and the favoritism. Don’t forget they get to bullied others as well and get away with it
