To explain the why in other words: the more mass something has, the slower time will be; in other words the less mass you have, the faster time will be. And if you're massless (like the light) then "time" will be so fast that it becomes instantaneous. So, if you're on a planet that has a mass superior to the mass of Earth, then your time will be slower than someone who is on Earth but since time is relative then everyone experiences it the exact same way so you won't feel it if your time is faster or slower, you'll need to change perspective to see it, but you'll never feel it.
