I’ve been hunting for good sneakers for more than a month. I just got a pair of Skechers Archfit. It has arch support in them already, more than any other sneaker I’ve ever tried. 1/2

I love Birks and Tory Burch but they bring out old PF so I just switch to Oofos around the house and have no issues. Nike Zoom X have been great as well.

I have Brooms Ghost and walked about a few miles a day for like 5-6 days at Universal Orlando was painful by the end of it and could barely walk. I don’t think it was the walking in general but the walking and then standing for like minimum of 10 mins at a time. Would a shoe like Hokas be better? I’m also a heel first walker meaning my heel hits ground before my toes when I walk

these are good options, as a PT I tell my patients you can either buy a shoe that supports your arch or buy an insert that will do it itself
