@wholehanna: ✨🍪 lusciously gooey chickpea cookies 🍪✨ whole-food ingredients: 🌱 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas (drained) 🥜 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter 🍯 1/3 cup pure maple syrup 🌸 2 tsp vanilla extract 🎂 1/2 tsp baking powder 🌟 1/4 tsp baking soda 🍫 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips instructions: 🍪 preheat oven to 350°f and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 🍪 blend chickpeas, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, baking powder & baking soda until smooth. 🍪 stir in chocolate chips. 🍪 scoop dough into balls (about 1.5 tablespoons each) onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly. 🍪 bake for 12-15 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden. **let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes so they can firm up. they also taste so good if you refrigerate them and eat them the next day 💓
