Those pigtail connectors break fairly common. I had to cut and replace the one on my Silverado. The wires are really short and difficult to work with.

better then changing a motor with mud i did one last week dude sank a 3.6l Colorado at the mud pit killed the engine. 🤣🤣

I would’ve started by checking for power on the fuse for the signal wire. Less mess and don’t have to lift truck

Put a starter in one of these trucks the other day. I looked at that plug and it broke. Had to replace it.

Had to do a starter on my 17, clip broke taking it off, ordered a pigtail, depinned the connector, swapped it and good as new.

You have to splice into that harness which is dump, and the insulation omg that’s a different story to cut through for some tiny wires without wrecking them 🤦🏼♂️
