Maybe Raynaud's syndrome. Usually affects the fingers and toes but can affect the nose as well. I know someone that had it and it looked similar to that.

I have the redness on the cheeks and an extra red nose with rosacea. Doxycycline is the only thing that made a difference for me. I’m still red and it’s worse in winter but it’s been A LOT worse.
