30% better off in a smaller market that pays more bc they don't have as many. working conditions however is a very reasonable request. its not a reasonable comparison, demanding such a big pay rise because smaller markets have to pay more to get a single specialist. also how is an entire union of psychiatric complexly oblivious to such an obvious fallacy in their argument?
