@melxtri: beginner friendly Bulgarian split squat form! highly requested by the girlies, so decided to give you a step-by-step on how to do these bad boys 🤭 if you feel like you still can’t get the hang of them— that’s completely okay! The way I learned is sit and stretchyour feet out use your heels to roll into a stand and then put your foot on the bench and put your weight in ready lol
