Perfect for valentine’s and really easy to make ♥️🥰 ♥️ Fill your liners 3/4 full of red velvet cake batter. ♥️ Bake and cool. ♥️ Slice off the domed tops and use a small heart shaped cookie cutter to cut out hearts from the cupcake lids. ♥️ Sit the lids on a wire rack and dust them with powdered sugar. ♥️ Add swirl of cream cheese buttercream to the top of each cupcake. Use the 1M piping tip for this. ♥️ Sit the lids back into the cupcakes. ♥️ That is it .
