that first clip wouldn't of happened if the car changing lanes in the intersection would of know that you aren't supposed to do that, so he's screwed and insurance will find him at fault

If you look the person in the round about DID have a yield sign, he pulled out when he didnt have the right to go. So no the dash cam driver is not at fault.
