Ingredients: 🔅1/2 cooked broccoli 🔅1 egg 🔅30g oats, 2 tbsp maïzena 🔅1 tbsp of ricotta (or Greek yogurt) 🔅30g shredded mozzarella Steps: 1. Cook the broccoli for 7’ in boiling water, sift and tap with a cloth to remove as much water as possible 2. In a bowl, mix half the broccoli with the egg, oat, maïzena and ricotta or yogurt (add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste) 3. If you have one, use a panini cooker, spray the surface with olive oil, form two paninis, cook for 4’ on each side (Also works if you cook them on a pan). 4. Put your shredded mozzarella on one of the paninis and cover with the other one to make a sandwich, cook for 3’. 5.
