Maybe take her inside until you can get an appointment to a vet and call around to see if any vets could see her soon. Hope this baby is doing well :)

I understand shelters can be crowded but maybe you take her in until you find someone online who can help her so she feels safe. There’s tons of rescuers & fosters

Post her on Facebook try and find rescue groups. Try and find someone who will take her to the vet!!

She may have a jaw deformity, Definitely take her to the vet if you haven't already, and I wouldn't recommend bringing her inside, I know she's cute but she 100% has ticks and fleas

That was that baby’s home she was abandoned she looks so comfortable with the home and take her to the vet if it’s not your pet you can bring them in for free
