I live in South Africa on the east coast, we have terrible heat and humidity, so you sweat from every crevice even your head, you sweat when you sleep, even if your hair is dry, it's wet

She's telling the truth. I use to go bed with wet hair and I use to get pimples in the back. I stopped and it stopped and my hair is a lot healthier now 😅
