1 QUALITY HARD working set will always be better than a million sets with low effort.   Now this doesn’t mean you can do a thousand “quality” working sets within an exercise.   Why?   Because now we have to think recovery.  Think about yourself as a bank.  You have a limited amount of money you can spend.  And when you spend a shitton of money on a certain thing, it will take time for that money to replenish back.  The replenishing back factor being your recovery. When you don’t allow yourself to recover, progressions will not take place.  You won’t become stronger, you won’t become bigger.  Going back to the bank analogy.  You spend all your money, and any time a given amount of money comes back, you spend it all again.  How can you expect to afford that big expenisve thing you’re trying to  purchase?  You can’t.  Becasue your money keeps getting depleted.   Hence why when you’re recovered, and fresh, those intial working sets where you’re stronger and in a lot more of a primed position to SPEND, is where the high quality takes place. I workout super early because I hate being around loads of people. I get 7 hours of sleep, and that’s fine. I use “Acivity Tracker” to track my steps. My pronouns are Meat/Head.  l eat licorice before training. I use Shieck lifting straps. I get my clothes from Walmart and Amazon, and Ekkovision (CODE: MARC) Literally search up “gray t shirt” in the search bar. Literally search up “navy blue sweatpants” in the search bar you analysis paralysis ass mfr’s. No I don’t know how many calories you need becasue you’re not my client and I’d need to know more context. Natty or not’s are a completely pointless subject as everyone’s outcomes will always be different whether a person is natural or enhanced. Regardless of a person’s status YOU will never look like them anyway.
