En una sarten a fuego bajo poner a derretir la manteca y agregar la harina y los condimentos, revolver hasta que la manteca se derrita y no se vean rastros de harina, esto se llama ruox. 2. Agregar la leche y revolver constantemente hasta que espese y no queden grumos. Dejar enfriar con un film en contacto. 3. Una vez fría la bechamel agregar el jamón picado y el queso rallado grueso. Mezclar hasta que quede homogéneo. 4. Con una cuchara tomar una porción, hacer bolitas con las manos y pasar por harina, luego por huevos batidos y por último por pan rallado. 5.
