❌It’s NOT nosey. 
❌It’s not a secret. 
 
👩🏾‍💻Asking why the position is open gives you a lot of great information. 
 
✅Perhaps the position is new because the company is doing so well. 
 
✅Perhaps the person who worked in the role got promoted and you can ask them what that person did so well to be promoted. 
 
✅Perhaps they moved on to a new company and you get the feeling that it wasn’t a good fit, this allows you to ask questions about what they are looking for now. 
 
🎯No matter what their answer you will get great insight into who this company is, how they manage and if you want to work there.
