I’m from Louisiana and been in Houston 4 years and I don’t understand it! It’s so bizarre. And why do other areas of Texas such as Dallas have no issues with snow and freezes??!!

North Texas here, we had no issues last week. Only issue will be the weight of ice! If lines are above ground and ice starts, that’s the biggest issue.
