I went to the post office because the courier never left my parcels even even id given permission and was home!! And I walked in and said “hey I’m not sure if you can help me with this but…” and she literally interrupted me and said “PROBABLY NOT”. I was like 😳

This was me a few weeks ago. They weren’t gonna serve me unless I downloaded the app..I was like what app? Give me my damn parcel haha 🙄😂 imagine not letting you have something you paid for lol rude

Aust post have started phasing out cards. So that’s prob why he’s not leaving any. We got notification at my work about 9mths ago to ensure all parcels sent had the correct phone and email to link

I asked if they had my package they said no nothing in the system. Then 2 days later I get an urgent card to pick up a package that’s been sitting there for nearly 3 weeks 🙄

Oh my god, yes, I was at aus Post yesterday to send off a return and he was incredibly rude when I asked for the receipt with tracking number.

My mum sent me a birthday gift and they almost didn’t give it to me because the driver didn’t leave a card and it wasn’t on my auspost app… how can it be on my app if I didn’t purchase it 😩

We don’t get parcels or cards left. We have to go to the post office for every parcel. I don’t even need to speak when I walk in because the husband and wife know our whole family & get our parcels. I went to school with their son & they have owned it that whole time. When they go on holidays and someone helps out, I diiieeee walking in and they ask for the card 🤣

I have a hearing impairment and my partner was helping me with my application and questions and she yelled in his face “it’s her application not yours I’m not talking to you” 🙃🙃
