Ingredients 1nos - Broccoli Head 8nos - Dried Mushrooms (soaked in hot water) 1nos - Smoked Duck Breast (optional) 6nos - Tofu Puffs 6cloved - Garlic (whole) 1knob - Ginger (sliced) 2tbsp - Soy Sauce 2tbs- Oyster Sauce 1tsp - White Pepper 1tsp - Chicken Bouillon 1tbsp - Dark Caramel 2cups - Water 1tsp - Tapioca Starch Oil Method 1. Sear the duck skin side down until nicely colored. 2. Add more oil into the pot and stir fry the ginger and garlic. 3. Once the aromatics are golden remove the garlic and set aside. 4. Now add in the mushrooms and saute for 1 min, then add in the liquid from soaking the mushrooms with additional 2 cups of water. 5. Add in the seasonings and tofu puffs. 6. Pressure cook for 20mins. 7. Once the 20 mins is up then set the multicooker to steam and steam the broccoli for 10mins or until cooked but still crunchy. 8. Remove the broccoli then add in the slurry to thicken the sauce to desired consistency. 9. Plate according to how you see fit and ladle the sauce over. 10.
