@drgolly: SO SIMPLE: If your baby’s favourite toy is your hair - or beard - try this. Rub your thumb or finger down the outside of their hand - from their pinky finger to wrist - and they will magically let go! Much easier than trying to pry open the death grip! I was on the middle of answering a breastfeeding question when this baby grabbed her mum’s hair, hence why I say breastfeeding mums, but the death grip does not discriminate.
