Rapunzel hair oil is amazing too!! I had bleached damaged short hair (was long before bleach) and using that oil sorted it!! X

I try and leave it two weeks before I wash my hair because otherwise you wash out all the natural oils and you then over produce those oils. Over time you should be able to leave it longer and longer
