the only solution is to arrange a resettlement deal with some African country (since no Arab country wants them) and ship them there, give them each some small field to grow their food, etc

secondly, there is not going to be any "re-building of Gaza". it's pointless, and will only create a bigger problem as time goes by. The only solution is to vacate the population to another country
