YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT SOMEONE IS GOING THROUGH, BE KIND. 🫶🏻 seriously, though, you could see the happiest person on social media, and that could be the same person who has been secretly planning to kill themselves, it’s often the most happiest of people that are struggling the most. I feel like it’s not talking about a man, suicide, mental health, I feel like a lot of people just hide behind this smile that they have going, and I know that everyone has been struggling a lot, I get it, I do. Me too.. you’re not alone, you know that, right? I am right here with you.💗 Something that someone said to me recently was “you don’t show your true self on your page, you’re fake” ..and that hit me hard, because all I want is to show my true self,. and for you all to see my raw and real feelings on here.. I feel like I’ve always done that, but all because one person said it, now, I think that I don’t enough, so, here is the deal.. Life has been anything but easy these last two years, since becoming a mom, I have learned A LOT.. in these last two years, it has probably also been the most traumatizing and challenging.. it’s easy to put on a smile for social media, it’s easy to make it seem like you’re happy to thousands of people, but in reality, we all have our days, we are all trying to keep on this mask for everyone to see.. that we’re “happy” and “okay” but you know what? It’s OK to not be OK! It’s OK to have feelings, and it’s OK to cry, here is the real and raw.. this journey to grow and heal, it’s hard, but I know that it will be worth it in the end, so for those of you, that are here and have been here for years, thank you for being here into any of you who are new here, thank you for being here as well, I am going to continue to show my authentic and real self, and try to be more personable with all of you, especially in the world that’s so fake..
