I am a 45-year-old abstract artist from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, specializing in acrylic pours. For me, art is more than a passion… it's my escape, my sanctuary, and the most authentic way I can express myself. Living with dyslexia, I've spent much of my life navigating a world where words often felt out of reach. But through art, I found my voice. A way to communicate emotions and ideas that words could never fully capture. Each pour I create is a journey, a blend of chaos and harmony where I can let go and allow the paint to flow freely. The unpredictable nature of the medium mirrors life itself, full of surprises, challenges, and beauty waiting to be discovered. My work is deeply personal, inspired by the highs and lows of my own experiences and the transformative power of creativity. Art has taught me that what some might see as limitations can be turned into strengths. Dyslexia, for me, became a gift; a reminder to think outside the box and find my own way of connecting with the world. Through my art, I hope to inspire others to see beauty in imperfection and to embrace the unexpected. Philadelphia is where I call home, and it's where I continue to pour my heart, soul, and story into every piece I create. My art is my way of showing that even in the midst of struggle, there's always room for hope, color, and endless possibilities.
