We put all boxes at 48” to the top from floor. Works for almost all situations.

36 " tall cabinets, 3cm top=1 1/4", 4" tall backslash. 42" to bottom of box will give 3/4" clearance.

That’s too low and can lead to getting in the way of a backsplash or jammed behind an appliance. I put them at 46”s to the top of the box.

Wrong again. Outlets need to be spaced accordingly so if you place an appliance anywhere on the countertop it has power, height doesn’t matter. You could do plug mold beneath uppers

36” is height of cabinet with countertop plus 4” backsplash you are at 40”. How is this possible??? Do the math, 44” is about right

Receptacle. Not outlet. While the receptacle technically attaches to the outlet, the slots you plug into are not outlets. It’s a receptacle.
