中国几乎没有无家可归的人，因为如果一个人无家可归，当地官员会被问责。所以一旦有人无家可归了，当地各级官员会用尽各种办法帮助他生存。但是确实有很少的人（多数有精神病），不愿意接受帮助，或者说乞丐就是他的职业，所以才看起来是无家可归的。
