I can confirm this is actually a pretty good harness. my kitty had a hard time finding one that fits & she can't slip out of, but this did the trick

Cats can walk on sidewalks like dogs, though they are more easier to get distracted to go on the road than dogs, but it’s not impossible. This is what people need to learn dogs and cats learn the same
