I've got positive ana speckled ,years of joint pain and stomach issues swelling , I'm on medicine for my oesophagus at present appointment this Thursday with rheumatology x

I’m thinking I have this ? Gerd but lupus I’m not sure . I do have hypothyroidism but I’m currently testing for RA . My blood results showed inflammation 😕

I've also was told it caused hearing loss in both ears due to to much acid coming up if meds don't work I have to have a surgery on esophagus and be on gtube for 6months
