Replying to @EJBrightEyes lol!!!! at some point I hope you guys understand that you are never going to be able to prevent a man who you are attracted to, or in a relationship with from being attracted to a transgender woman. Whether you want to recognize this or not, men are often attracted to us for the very same reasons. I don’t have relationships with men on the DL, and as a polyamorous person, I’m pretty aware of who my partners are dating or interested in. My experience has been that gay men do not find me attractive, but men who are attracted to women tend to. I am not fixated on dating heterosexual men. In fact, I would say I don’t prefer them. They still dominate my dating pool… Because I am a woman. And when you allow yourself to believe that we have different dating pools, you will end up in a situation where you inevitably are upset that someone you are attracted to is also attracted to trans women.I would also say that very few people are attracted to me explicitly because I’m trans. Mostly because I don’t date people who are.
