Lasagna Soup is the perfect cozy meal and it can be ready in roughly 30 minutes. It's loaded with all the things you love about lasagna, but it's way easier to make. Imagine a delicious rich tomato broth with tender lasagna noodles, garlic, onion, a delicious mixture of herbs and spices and tender beef. The soup is finished with a delicious, creamy, cheesy topping and fresh basil. This is a meal you'll want to make again and again. Find the full recipe on my blog simplebakingwithpep.com.
