As you all complain I talk to much.. Here is recipe with song n no talk🤐 Heat 1/2 cup oil in a pan. • Add 10-12 cashew nuts, 10-12 almonds and 10-12 pistachios. Fry for few seconds. • Add 15-20 raisins and fry for few seconds. • Remove and keep aside. In the same pan, add 1 diced potato, 1 sliced carrot. • Fry for 5-6 minutes. Remove and keep aside. • In the same pan, add 1/2 cup cauliflower florets. Fry for a minute. Add 1/2 cup chopped beans and fry for 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup green peas and fry for a minute. Remove and keep aside. • Add 100gm paneer cubes to the same pan. Fry till light golden from all the sides. Remove and keep aside. • Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan. • Add whole spices (1 bay leaf, 1 star anise, 1 inch cinnamon stick, 4 cloves, 4-5 black pepper, 4 green cardamoms) and 1/2 tsp shahi jeera. Fry for few seconds until fragrant. • Add 2 cups of cooked rice and the fried vegetables. Gently mix everything. • Add fried paneer and dry fruits. Add salt and 1/2 tbsp lemon juice. Gently mix everything well. • Add saffron milk and fried onions. • Cover and cook for 5 minutes in low heat.
