Is there a reason why it takes so long? I think because we see all the meds just sat on the shelves we expect it to be a quick pick and pack process. Is there more to it? Genuine question.

Happy to wait. I know it takes time to get things right & I'd rather scroll on my phone for an extra 5 while you double check than end up taking the wrong thing! ❤️

I always ring 24 hours in advance to give my pharmacist time and I was worried I was annoying her because I didn’t come in straight away.

I bet the people complaining show up the day they run of out medication to refill it instead of calling ahead and get mad when it’s out of refills or it needs to be ordered
