I used the Ouai scalp serum & continued taking my prenatals/ switched to postnatal to help reduce my hair loss. 1st baby i didn’t and it was bad, 2nd was def better bcos of these things

I hope this helps but I don’t think the routine makes your hair fall out I think it just naturally happens if it even does. Mine did in the front 😅

it usually falls out closer to 6mo but don’t freak out, it’s just the hair you would have normally lost during pregnancy!! & it goes back to normal 🫶
