I had an endoscopy this week and it came back normal. I thought I had an ulcer bcuz of the real bad acid reflux. Wondering if I have GERD.

In my opinion it’s in the food we eat… I’ve recently done the same test. I was diagnosed with GERD. I started carnivore diet not taking GERD meds anymore. I also have autoimmune Crest Syndrome..

they had to open my throat up in 2021 I have Sle Lupus and I had to make changes to foods I have acid reflux also 💜🙏🙏 hang in there you got this

My finding out I had a stage four because I got a structure and difficulty swallowing from it I had to have surgery to remove the stricture , I’m still not fully ok

Keep a restrictive diet. That helps a lot with reflux. Drink antiinflammatory herbal teas to protect your esophagus. Don't drink coffee or alcohol.
