I feel like you can smell yourself if you don’t usually smell. If you are musty often and have an odor you will get used to the smell like any smell and may not notice it.

If you’re putting on deodorant in the night, then get ready in the morning without showering; you’re layering new deodorant on top of old deodorant. If you’re not into showering twice a day, use witch hazel wipes to try to remove that old deodorant before applying new. It makes a difference.

As a kid, I had really bad halitosis. Like, I’d brush my teeth 3x/day and still smelled. Got it taken care of, but when I make new friends now I always tell them to tell me if my shit stink now.

I realized a long time ago that I just can’t use regular deodorant I have to use Degree advanced and clean under my arms with anti bacterial soap. It takes work to stay fresh all day so I get it
