if u get your nose done at one of governments şehir hospitals it is 1000$ including hospital stay. those hospitals are very good and supervised by the government.

Guys contact the doctors using translation in Turkish. Also it’s even better if you go there first get a Turkish line and link it to your WhatsApp and message them directly in Turkish with the Turkish number. Works wonders!
