@dr.vegan: Gyoza | Recipe⬇️ To prepare the wrappers, Combine -2 cups all purpose flour -1 tsp salt -3/4 cup hot water (or more if needed) Kneed until smooth. Cover and let it rest for 30 mins For the filling, add -1/4 nappa cabbage To a bowl and sprinkle some salt on top. Let it rest for 10 mins and squeeze out the liquid. Crumble -1 block tofu into a bowl And add the cabbage as well as -2 spring onions, chopped -2 mushrooms, finely chopped -2 garlic cloves, minced -2 tsp ginger, minced -2 tbsp soy sauce -2 tsp sesame oil -1 tbsp potato starch And combine. Roll out the dough and cut the dou into circles. Add 1 tsp of the filling to the centre of the wrapper and fold like in the video. Heat oil in a non-stick pan on medium high. Fry the dumplings until the bottoms are lightly browned. Add water to the pan and cover with a lid. Let it cook for around 3-4 mins until the bottom is golden brown.
