@thecarboholic: @L’Appartement 4F has officially soft opened in the West Village at 119 W 10th St., and their fresh-out-of-the-oven laminated pastries have changed my entire perception of what a croissant can be! The new spot offers a take-out window and no seating, but all of your favorite treats from their Brooklyn shop can be found here (croissant cereal included!) and everything is baked fresh on site! Any and every croissant flavor you can get your hands on is worthy, and the laminated cinnamon roll with a thick vanilla frosting is also a must.
