6-8. Having had a dominate side stroke, I struggle straighten my hair. Continuous mist spray bottles for water, liquid hair products and scrunching are life and help with less washing.

usually twice a week with shampoo but I rinse and condition when I shower on other days. unless my hair is sweaty or dirty then I shampoo. helps protect the colour and texture.🥰
