Wait I’m getting a Skyla soon, since it’s progestin only, will it not benefit my pmdd?

Just gave birth & really want to go back on contraception due to endo, adeno & PCOS. I was on Visanne & hoping to go back on that. Any advice??

So my last doctor lied to me about using progesterone? It absolutely helped by stopping my period, however pmdd is still an issue nearly everyday at this point 🥲

always keep track of your cycle too! helps sooo much to know why you feel the way you do and that it's just hormones and will get better in a few days!!
