I legit couldnt handle seeing myself having so much face assymetry. I did a lot of research about it for almost 3 months. I learned skull anatomy body anatomy and how those two are corelated to each other. I noticed how i do have a body assymetry too starting from mouscles imbalances, to feeling like one leg is shorter etch.. Later i learned that spenoid imbalance can also get caused because of tight neck. The sternocleidomastoid mouscle if is very tight except that from making your head tilt, it will also pull one side of your skull more down. After starting fixing my body i have finally staring seeing results on my face too.

What if the asymmetry is related to an injury for example I hit my left shoulder out of place causing misalignment making it higher than my right your education would help a lot regarding this thanks

i agree with everything apart from the thumbpulling part, if you evenly thumbpull it expands ur maxilla and helps with aligning the sphenoid
