when you're born, the system doesn't recognize you as a living human being. Instead, a corporate entity—called a "legal person" or "strawman"—is created using your name in all capital letters (e.g., JOHN SMITH). This is what the government, banks, and courts actually deal with—not the real, living you. Your birth certificate acts like a contract that registers this corporate identity. From that point on, you're legally treated as a business entity, not a sovereign being. This allows the system to use you as collateral, trade your identity on financial markets, and control you through laws meant for corporations, not people. Maxwell claimed this all ties into maritime (admiralty) law, where you're seen as a "vessel" in commerce, not a person under natural law. Terms like "berth" (birth), "dock-tor" (doctor), and "delivery" are supposedly clues to this system. It’s ritualized deception: you’re tricked into thinking you’re free, but legally, you're property. Bottom line: your body is seen as a resource, your identity is a corporation, and your freedom is an illusion—unless you learn how the system really works.
