Wouldn’t giving them an extension put us back on the same boat? They still have to sell it, and if they do, it will be without its algorithm, making the app useless.

I don’t think they will go dark if he signals this. It’s expensive to STOP OPERATIONS and it’s generally accepted that a deadline that occurs on a weekend in government de facto goes into effect the following Monday.

Yes correct but is able to do a 90 day extension because there are potential buyers and that is “enough” grounds to do the 90 day extension it’s a little iffy but he can do it❤️
