Exciting News!!! I've made the apron of my dreams in collaboration with @Hedley & Bennett AKA the Cadillac of aprons. I have been wearing Hedley & Bennett aprons forever, each one has lasted me years and they all have a lifetime guarantee! You can order this apron through the link in my bio as well as their site. The inspiration behind this was my love for food and my belief that food is best enjoyed with others. I had a clear vision of a messy tablescape that H&B and the very talented water colorist and illustrator @aureliebaudrypalmer brought to life. Tostada recipe here: 16 oz shrimp (unpeeled but deveined). 2 ataulfo mangos. 1 serrano pepper. ¼ bunch cilantro. ¼ red onion (chopped). 4-5 lemons (juice). 2 oranges (juice). 1 tbsp soy sauce. 1.5 tsp sesame oil. 1 tbsp salsa macha. Salt and pepper to taste. ¼ English cucumber (thinly sliced). 12 wonton wrappers (make an x in the center) 2 avocados. 2 scallions (green part only). ¼ cup japanese mayo. Water to thin the sauce out. Salt and pepper to taste. ½ lime. Directions: 1. Bring water to a boil, add a bit of salt. Turn heat off and add the shrimp. Cover and let sit for a few minutes until they go from translucent to fully pink/orange. 2. Shock them in ice, peel and chop into small pieces. 3. Blend the avocado, mayo, squeeze of lime, scallions and salt. Add water to get to desired consistency. 4. Add the shrimp to a bowl with the cilantro, mango, serrano and onion. 5. Add in the lemon juice, orange juice, soy sauce, salsa macha, sesame oil, salt and pepper. 6. Let it marinate for at least 30 min. 7. Add oil spray to the wonton wrappers and bake at 350F for 8-12 min or until golden. #
