my evening routine ↓ If you want to learn more about my routines Check my profile for the 🔗 to my free letters.  1) Disconnect.  Let your brain unwind. Screens keep it awake. 2) Make wudhu.  Prepare for prayers. It washes away sins. And it serves as a great mental reset.  3) Read your evening adhkār.  Protect yourself. The book in the clip is Quranic Du'as by @Eternah  4) Pray Maghrib.  It’s a fardh. 5) Eat dinner at least 2-3 hours before bed.  Give your body time to digest for good sleep. 6) Drink herbal tea & rest.  Try chamomile tea. It’s very calming.  7) Pray 'ishā.  It’s a fardh.  8) Read Surah Mulk and the last 2 ayāt from Surah Baqarah.  They will benefit you after you die. Forge your shield for the barzakh world. 9) Set your Fajr alarm.  Make the intention to wake up before you sleep. 10) Dust your bed 3x When I was in Yemen, our class asked a 90+ year old sheikha for one piece of advice. This was her answer: Follow the sunnah and dust your bed 3x.  There may be things from the seen & unseen world that have landed there.  Since then I've never forgot it.  Nightmares, sleep paralysis & bad dreams are at a zero l. 11) Hold no grudges. A man was written amongst the people of Paradise because of this. I recommend for you to read up on this story. Find it in Musnad Ahmad 12697.  12) Go to sleep Your body needs it.  Try it out.  And as with everything, adapt to your lifestyle & needs.  Thank you for reading this caption.
