In a hot pan, sear your beef until it develops some color, remove from pan.
In the same pan add in butter followed by onions and garlic, ad in your mushroom and cook until the moisture evaporates.
Add in flour to make a roux and add in your beef stock.
Switch off the heat, Add in your Nestlé all purpose cream and stir to combine
