But get your blood checked! Too high vitamin D can cause high calcium problems.

Magnesium glycinate, b12, and vitamin d are all supposed to help. I think they can help lessen symptoms but doesn’t cure it.

This is interesting. I've been taking vit D for around 6 months and the last few months I've noticed I don't get the rage for the week before my period. I'm taking 5000 IU per day.
