It stimulates mitochondria (your body's energy powerhouses) to produce ATP, the fuel your body runs on. 🚨 My first big mistake? Thinking more = better. Red & infrared light might be one of the biggest nutrient deficiencies today, but flooding your body with too much at once can backfire. ✅ Start slow. Begin with 3-5 minutes per session, then work up to 10-20 minutes gradually. If you have a smaller device, move it around your body to ensure even coverage. ☀️ Timing matters. RLT is not a replacement for sunlight—it’s a powerful supplement to your health routine. 🌅 My winter routine: → 15 minutes near sunrise (helps regulate circadian rhythm) → 15 minutes near sunset (on lower power, since sunset is dimmer than sunrise) 🚫 After dark?
