For any decent local LLM with a chat feature your gonna a beefy GPU. I run with a RTX2060S and can't run anything higher than 4B without long wait times tbh.

To run Chatgpt 4o model it would have to be 405B model which would require at least 500 GB Ram. Good luck running on your PC. 😂
